Case Dismissed Against Juvenile

While it was an emotional initial hearing (, ultimately, the State of Indiana dismissed the charges against the young man and refiled the charges in Juvenile Court. This was a massive victory for the boy as his treatment in the Juvenile Court System will be much more beneficial to his future.
